Returns & Exchange Policy

At Rajni Intimates, we take great care to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. Every item undergoes a meticulous inspection before being packaged, and our delivery team ensures it reaches you in perfect condition.

However, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving a faulty or damaged product, please familiarize yourself with our return and exchange policies outlined below. For further assistance, you can contact us at 080-26754096 or reach out through our Support Portal.

Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

– Products that have been worn
– Products that have been washed
– Items missing original tags
– Soiled or stained items, including those with glitter or other particles
– Products emitting perfume, lotion fragrance, or body odor
– Items without their original packaging
– Clearance sale items, regardless of dissatisfaction with color, style, quality, or size
– Products bought with seasonal, promotional, or special offers, unless faulty or damaged

Please note that products can only be exchanged once. Exchanged items cannot be returned or refunded. Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Products

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

– Panties
– Shapewear
– Swimwear
– Accessories
– Bralettes
– Cami Bras
– Tube Bras
– Lingerie Sets

Eligible Products for Return/Exchange

The following items can be returned or exchanged due to size issues or faults, subject to availability and customer preference:

– Bras (excluding bralettes, cami bras, tube bras, and lingerie sets)

Return/Exchange Process

If your product(s) meet the eligibility criteria, you can proceed with a return or exchange as follows:

– Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
– Place an exchange order directly through your Rajni Intimates account on the Orders page.
– Call us at 080-26754096 for assistance from our customer care agents.
– Contact us via our Support Portal by emailing us. Please include your order ID in the subject line and attach images of the product to help us understand the issue.

After initiating the return/exchange, a courier agent will pick up the product within 48 hours. Please note that pickup does not guarantee approval. Our examination team will review the products within 4-7 business days to approve your request, and initiate exchange or refund within 7 days.

Important Packaging Instructions

– Ensure the product is properly folded and packed as received.
– All tags must be attached.
